#5 New Mercies Monday with your Host: Rev. Mario A. Najera
#5 In this episode of New Mercies Monday, I reflect on a powerful move of God we experienced at my local church—what started as one scheduled baptism turned into six souls baptized in the name of Jesus! All the honor and glory belong to Him. Out of that overflow, I felt led to share some personal thoughts stirred by things I heard recently on Gospel radio and social media about the difference between being anointed and being approved by God. Can someone be gifted and anointed, yet still miss God's approval? Why do both matter? I pray this short devotional encourages you to walk in alignment with God—not just operating in your gift, but also living in a way that’s submitted, grounded, and pleasing to Him. Remember: God doesn’t just use the gifted; He works through the submitted.
